We understand where you stay can greatly impact your travel experience which is why we have worked diligently to think of everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Our home provides 3 bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with one Trundle bunk bed and game room! The home also offers 2 full bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, a smart thermostat, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room that will make you feel like you never left home. The back patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day, while the grounds and pools are well-manicured and maintained. Challenge each other in a game of pool or shuffleboard in the game room. BBQ with friends and family in the massive backyard and take a relaxing dip in the pool. Enjoy your evening by the fire pit and start a cornhole tournament This home has everything you will need! There are two designated parking spots on our driveway and ample visitor parking. Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.

Prior to check-in, you will receive an email with your code for your stay. This will usually be the last 4 digits of your main cell phone number. There is an additional key on the wall by the door for additional access to the guest storage unit and to the front/ back doors if needed.
Directions: From the I-10, I will head south on Verrado Way, then turn west on Yuma Rd. Afterward, I will go north on Windmill Village Blvd S. From there, I will head west on Devin Dr, and your property will be located on the south side of the street.
– Our home is in an HOA community.
– Parking is available at the park.
– Our driveway provides two parking spots and if needed we do have our Rv gate for additional parking.
– There is no overnight parking in the street.
– The I-10 freeway is within 10 minutes of the home. This freeway will get you to your destination is the quickest time possible.

-Without putting all visitors in the same category or discouraging guests from booking our house for your vacation, it is important that we are on the same page right at the beginning. As your host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules.

– These are the rules and guidelines for staying at the property. The general rules include contacting the property manager for maintenance and general questions, a maximum home capacity of 8 people, please notify the property manager of any extra guests, no unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight, approval needed for any parties or get-togethers, no illegal drug use or smoking of any kind allowed on the property, and respect for the owner’s space and property.
– The interior house rules include washing dishes after use, adjusting the thermostat below 74 degrees during the summer months (May to August) will need to be approved, (We are doing our best to conserve electricity and reduce the environmental impact), using designated areas for food and drinks, and acknowledging that consumables may be left behind but it is ultimately up to the guest’s discretion to consume them.
– The exterior house rules include parking on the driveway side by side and not parking on the streets overnight, using the barbecue/fire pit outside while keeping the area clean.
– The pool rules include keeping the sliding back door locked when the backyard is not being used, not using glass containers by the pool, not propping open the side gate for any reason, not adjusting or turning on/off any pool equipment, removing the pool vacuum after use, ensuring nothing is left in the pool overnight, and observing quiet hours and use of the pool between 10pm and 8am.

**Checkout Responsibilities:
-Upon your request our property manager, Joel, can be at the property prior to check out for a quick walkthrough and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
-As a reminder Checkout is at 11:00am on the day your booking ends.
-Please walk through the home to ensure that it is in the same condition as when you arrived.
-Make sure the temperature is set to 78 degrees on the thermostat.
-Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
-Please place all dirty towels and dirty linens in the laundry basket located in each closet. It would be a huge help if you could run 1 load of towels and or linens just prior to your departure.
-Cleaning products have been made available please clean up any spills and do a light cleaning as needed.
-The back patio and all exterior furniture, umbrellas, pool items and games should be returned to their original location that was upon your arrival
