BEDROOMS: This home consists of three bedrooms, two bedrooms are furnished with Queen beds and the third is with a King bed, each adorned with premium linens, pillows, and mattresses to elevate your stay to a new level of comfort.
BATHROOM: Enjoy the convenience of two and a half well-appointed bathrooms in our home. Your stay is tailored for utmost convenience and relaxation.
LIVING ROOM: The living room provides a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a cozy couch and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.
KITCHEN: Our all-white kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances – refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Equipped with all your basic cooking needs, it’s a culinary haven. The added breakfast bar invites you to savor your meals in style.
DINING AREA: Eat meals together in our inviting dining area, complemented by a convenient breakfast bar.
OUTDOOR/POOL AREA: Step outside into the COMMUNITY POOL. Please note that the pool is not heated, providing a cool respite on warm Arizona days. PARKING: Our garage parking accommodates up to 2 cars. Enjoy the ease of arriving and departing without the stress of searching for parking.

Directions: From the I-17 and Camelback, head east on Camelback, north on 19th ave, east on Colter St and North on 16th dr. The gate is magnetic and will open on its own. The home is on the west side of the street.
Our home is in an HOA community.
– Parking is available at the park.
– Our driveway provides two parking spots and if needed we do have our Rv gate for additional parking.
– There is no overnight parking in the street.
– The I-10 freeway is within 10 minutes of the home. This freeway will get you to your destination is the quickest time possible.
After booking, you will receive a welcome packet with the information needed during your stay and recommendations of our favorite spots around town within 3 days from your stay.
